Problem
Solo founders need cross-city communities, policies, and services, but provenance, freshness, and trust are difficult to unify.
Decisions
Build the community and policy database, provenance, snapshots, and change events before frontend and agent experiences consume the data.
Outcome
The repository contains product specifications, a data model, API contracts, permission boundaries, and an implemented API workspace.
Reflection
A resource platform is defended not by page count, but by traceable and maintainable trusted data.
