Problem
Piecing together "what the AI ecosystem looks like right now" means opening half a dozen different sites — products, models, organizations, and signals each live apart, with no shared place for people or agents to look.
Decisions
The map, the API, and the agent worker all read the same schema and data snapshots — there is no separate, simplified version built just for agents.
Outcome
Public Beta v0 is live, with five working surfaces: Web, API, MCP, State of AI, and Rising Radar.
Reflection
Whether a map holds up shows six months later — is the data still fresh, can the sources still be checked. That takes ongoing work; a one-time illustration cannot carry it.
